Imperius Healthcare Investments alone is offering up to 10,808,861 of the 21,613,834 shares in Manipal’s offer for sale.

The offer for sale comprises up to 21,613,834 equity shares. Imperius Healthcare Investments leads with 10,808,861, followed by Manipal Education and Medical Group India with 6,792,002.

Together, the promoter and promoter-group sellers offer 17,600,863 shares—about 81.4% of the total. TPG SG Magazine, Seventy Second Investment Company, Ammar, Novo Holdings Invest Asia and Phoenix Bear Investments offer the remaining 4,012,971 shares.
